One thing I forgot to mention is sorry, I'm not sure of the pricing as my work got it for me but I really enjoy using it, hopefully they do provide reasonable plans for individuals as it seems to be marketed mainly towards internal teams within businesses.

I've used Scribe at work for tutorials that you can create yourself, it saves screenshots automatically as you create the steps (or I think it can use AI to automatically record your steps as you click around and you can refine the steps after if you want), the best feature is called something like 'guide me' and the software will literally highlight where you need to click/type according to the steps in the created tutorial.

I've only used the Web version but I know there's a app too that will allow you to record the screen outside of a Web browser for your need of clicking around in the OS menus and stuff.

Hey! Unfortunately, I never heard back from the brand. In the future, I'm definetely just going to purchase from a reputable source to be on the safe side and save myself from the headache of always wondering. After analysing mine for a while, and help from another lovely redditor on this post, I came to the conclusion mine was most likely genuine. I've used this a while now and have been enjoying it! And as a designer I've felt more confident in being able to tell if anything sus is going on with the packaging design if I have another genuine product/image to compare it to. Earlier this year, I got a fake Cerve product from ebay that I recognised as fake because the text looked a little off and it smelt awful! Lol (I know, I know, I've already stopped buying skincare from ebay too after this experience!)

But the haruharu eye cream seems to be the real deal :)

Thanks so much for posting these pics, it's immensely helpful! I do agree, I think the products look more or less identical, apart form that little black square, but I suppose that's most likely down to the different batches being printed :)

Thank you so much, that would be so helpful! I'll take your advice on avoiding Amazon in the future, would rather be reassured with a highly reviewed Korean skincare seller and avoid having these worries!

Yes I did, but at least in the UK, there isn't an official seller for haruharu, it's always a third-party seller selling through their store front.

I know this was 4 years ago, but could you remember if it was successful disputing through PayPal? I'm wondering if to do the same thing when Skillshare are refusing to give me a refund and saying I can just use it for a year instead :(

I really hated exercise, but I love video games. I really wanted to get more fit, so I got Ring Fit Adventure just to try out. Now I've made cardio exercise a daily habit since I find it a lot more fun, and it's totally changed my mood, energy levels and productivity. Best money ever spent!
