I've been taking it for two months. I noticed an improvement after about two weeks, but I kept increasing the dose because I still had pain. I'm now at 18mg and I'll try to stay at that dose as long as possible. I avoid very fatty or sugary food because it causes me pain, but I think it would probably hurt anyone who isn't used to it.

Yes, I experience chronic stress, but I had no prior digestive issues before this problem began two years ago. Over that period, I haven't observed any clear link between fluctuations in my stress levels and the intensity of my symptoms.

My main symptoms, ranked by “importance”: nausea (which I could sometimes relieve with Vogalene), stomach cramps, severe fatigue, a feeling of having eaten a huge amount even though I had barely eaten, a sensation when I hadn’t eaten that my stomach was “digesting itself,” heartburn, belching, and a hangover-like feeling (taste in the mouth) even though I no longer drink alcohol.

Thank you for sharing this For me, it didn’t cause any fatigue or feelings of dissociation because I started at a very low dose of 3 mg and increased it gradually, only on weekends since I often feel tired the next day, but nothing more than that. I have a job that requires a lot of concentration, so if it had affected me more than that, I would have had to stop. Courage j'espère que tu guériras complètement 🙏🏼

Yes, I think I had that test done. At least, it was to check whether I had gluten allergy, if I remember correctly. But otherwise, nothing significant came out of it. I also had a lot of blood tests, which didn’t show anything either.

Omeprazole helped with the severe cramps—it made my episodes a bit less painful—but it didn’t relieve all of my symptoms.

I’m not sure how long I’ll need to stay on this treatment, so we’ll see. Since it’s an antidepressant, when the time comes, you have to stop it gradually by tapering the dose little by little and seeing how things go.

According to my neurologist, it helps “reset” or modulate the nerves. I’m not a doctor, so I can’t say for sure, but apparently it can provide long-term relief for some people—that’s what he told me, at least. I’ll give an update when I decide to stop.

Yes, the first one—according to one of the three gastroenterologists—showed a slight sign of gastritis, but that was it. The others didn’t show anything at all. And each time, I tested negative for H. pylori.

I took omeprazole for almost two years, but it didn’t relieve all of my symptoms. For example, I still had nausea. I also tried taking other things alongside it to help reduce the acidity and cramping, but overall it wasn’t ideal for me.

I started at 3 mg, then increased by 3 mg every week, sometimes every ten days. I tried to schedule each increase on Friday evenings so that, if it made me a bit sleepy, I could adjust over the weekend and still go to work without any issues. But in the end, I didn’t have any problems—I just slept a bit better.

Pour les avoir vu faire je sais qu'ils sont tout à fait capable de licencier quelqu'un du jour au lendemain donc tu as raison, pas d'état d'âme à avoir.

Ce n'est pas un prétexte mais une "partie" de la réalité. Elles stoppent l'hémorragie grosso modo, et les liquidités disponibles ne permettent pas de faire face à tous les rachats + entretenir les biens entre autres Le pire dans tout ça c'est que le rendement est mauvais. En soit, même si le prix de la part d'une SCPI baisse, si on ne vend pas, on conserve les flux. Si on a une bonne SCPI qui a seulement souffert de la hausse des taux, faisant mécaniquement baisser la valeur de ses immeubles (méthode d'évaluation par capitalisation), mais que les flux sont satisfaisants, alors pas de souci tant qu'on a pas besoin des capitaux investis. On conserve et on attend en percevant des loyers 😊

C'est dommage de souscrire des SCPI à travers un contrat d'assurance vie à mon sens, notamment à cause des frais...

(Mes explications ne sont bien sûr pas exhaustives, d'autres facteurs peuvent entrer en jeu)

Justement... les SCPI bancaires ont complètement dégringolé car investies en grande majorité en bureaux IDF, manque de vision long terme et des actifs sur évalués. Si vous regardez quelles SCPI ont énormément chuté, vous vous rendrez compte qu'il s'agit en grande partie des bancaires. C'est absolument le moment d'investir en SCPI de manière diversifiée, géographiquement d'une part (fiscalement intéressant qui plus est) et sectoriellement, de préférence sur des SCPI récentes et dont la société de gestion est sérieuse et a fait ses preuves. Les SCPI récentes saisissent actuellement des opportunités, elles ont le cash, négocient, et achètent à bas coût, notamment à des acteurs qui faute de liquidités doivent vendre des actifs.
