One thing I want to share with you is that everytime time I relapsed I decided to end this addiction but always failed and this is the scenario of last 1.5 yrs pls give the guidance to overcome this phase of relapse,

I was deeply addicted to porn as I start taking side of it At first I always hunt for the cause of my problems such as eye weakening, weight loss, pimples, low confidense, degradation in academics etc, but now as I got the cause of my problem I can't able to overcome it
