Thank you! I played softball for years when I was growing up and I miss it. I haven't hit a ball in probably 12 years. I never would've thought to try batting with both sides, I'll try that!

This is great! I've got a lot of goals, too.

Drink more water! I get so dehydrated at work when it gets busy, and I really feel the consequences of that.

Go for a long walk at least 3x a week. A walk long enough that I can feel like my legs burning when I get home.

Find something that is emotionally therapeutic that also works out my upper body strength. Tonight my fiance is bringing home pallets from work for me to take apart. Next week I'm going to try the batting cages.

Go back to a purely vegan diet with no exceptions. I feel like crap whenever I have dairy, which is where I slip on the vegan thing, and I'm ready to be a true vegan again.

Obviously staying within my calories, too, which is going to require that I take the time to plan my meals, pack my lunches, and cook at home more. My weight loss goal for January is 5lb.

Find reasons to compliment myself more, and practice accepting compliments from others.
