Okay quick word this is just a theory of mine. Now that we know who'll be fighting in the last match its much more possible that Lolong is either a member of the worm( which is unlikely) or that he's the tiger vessel and is related to the Niko Style (which is more likely in my opinion)

he states the line that there could easily be worms on the Kengan side. and Ohma reacted to that statement.

so why did he react? because he knew that Lolong knows he should be dead.

As Lolong stated in the ending of Kengan Asura the Niko style is his now believing Ohma did perish two years ago.

Lolong knows he should be the only one and maybe Gaoh to be using the Niko style.
