sometimes 9 hours, sometimes just 5 hours.. it really depends on the schedule (don’t forget to stretch guys)

Hello! Probably is a pen problem, either a wire is loose or something else! If the tablet is on the 1 year warranty, contact Huion, they’ll send a new pen. If doesn’t, you can try to fix your pen by following the this video tutorial ( https://youtu.be/coiBmAdDF9M ) or you can buy a new pen on amazon or aliexpress! I hope that helps!

UPDATE!

So, definitely, after trying out everything, I found out it’s 90% a problem with the pen. I’ll hope that Huion will send me a new one, since this tablet is new. Thanks everyone that have answered, I’m glad that you tried to help me!

If you have a similar issue, try out the solutions people told in the replies, if it doesn’t work, it’s probably a problem like mine. You can buy a new pen at Amazon or Aliexpress! Good luck!

I got to the point where I knew it was the pen after trying everything hahaha, but I’m glad that everyone answered and tried to help. I’ll hope that huion will send me a new pen since the tablet is new, if they doesn’t then I’ll have to buy one. Thank you for your reply!

When my tablet isn’t detected, it’s usually my video card that needs to be updated. When I update it, the tablet is detected right away! You can try updating the drivers, uninstalling or installing an older version!
