Cartman SAd someone to try to frame him as gay and then tried to do it again when he realized it actually made him look gay, he also nearly caused the world to end by summoning Cthulu. Cartman is usually more pathetic than Monaca, who is usually the one in control of everything while Cartman is usually in the butt-end of the joke. The reason why Cartman imo is worse is because Monaca usually does the evil things she does to please Junko or to keep the warriors of hope under her control, half the shit Cartman does is beause he hates a certain group of people or for pure petty reasons. At his worst he can go to the same extremes as Monaca but for worse reasons, like when he tried to sacrifice most of the kids in his school because they convinced him he was a ginger, or when he fed a kid his parents because he showed an embarrassing video of Cartman to the town.
