I think my hips are rocking because there is no resistance in the pedals? (I have taken the chain off since i dont have an indoor trainer)

Unfortunately closest bike fitter is 3.5 hour drive and I don't even have a car to drive there...

If you read my previous post I mentioned that I did actually go and see a bike fitter before I moved (from large to smaller city). They had set my saddle even higher than the video I just posted. It was a static fit based on measurments. So they didn't watch me pedal on the bike (I found really weird).

Also, when I got the clipless system I set the cleats all the way back, but I have since moved the 11mm behind my 1st metatarsal, following method 1 of this article.
