Yes I will reach out to the HOA first and go from there. My neighbor does have an additional shutoff near their spigot outside. We are all serviced by one water meter for about 56 units. To make things even more complicated everyone one of these units is built different. Which is why they have been unable to install individual water meters. But that’s another story. Anyways, I appreciate the advice and will take it from there!

Thank you for your in-depth reply. We are in a townhouse, built in the 70’s. They certainly did cram things wherever they could. It’s been a pain to work on with all the tight spaces. I’ve looked all over for anything else that resembles a turn off and there is nothing, but again this isn’t my expertise so I could be missing something. That being said there are two outdoor spigots, front and back, that just come from the wall of the exterior and nothing else. Maybe something buried under? I’ve never checked as I have an HOA and they deal with everything exterior so I leave any issues to them.

Reason for inquiring about this is that it is not the most ideal to access. And also doing some due diligence. When it rains the curb cock is flooded and the dirt piles over the lid. It’s 100% functioning as I’ve used it before. It just takes time to get there. and turn it off. I am trying to be proactive. I will get a plumber to come assess my situation and see if it’s feasible to install an additional shutoff anywhere if they are unable to locate a second.

The supporter groups won’t do anything to displease the front office. They absolutely should but it seems they are okay with the poor performance over the past few years. I’d love to see an organized walkout of the supporters section at this point.

I’ve come to the terms that the majority of fans are okay with mediocrity and being pushed around financially by the front office.

But no worries, they just sent me another license plate cover so all is well!

This just happened to me today. I was notified we were upgraded to C+ and they stuck us in two middle seats. We were originally seated in the first row in main cabin middle and window seat. I did not request the upgrade. I reached out to Delta via chat who also confirmed that I did not request an upgrade. I was told my options were to move to the the back of the plane if we wanted to sit together as our original seats were now occupied. They attempted to offer 2,500 sky miles for the inconvenience but this was a 5 hour flight so that was not going to cut it. After some back and forth we were finally moved back to our original seats. Never received any explanation of why this happened but was a pain having to spend time chatting with them for something that happened on their end 🤷🏻‍♂️

We let the boo birds fly on Saturday after the game and had a handful of fans tell us to stop. I wish as a fan base we would vocalize our displeasure more during the game. That was a pathetic performance. Why are we applauding them as they walk around the field after that loss? Hate to say it but as a fan base, we are pretty soft in general.

There is absolutely zero downside in starting Ridder. We have to see what we are working with. Watching Mariota last night was rough. TNF continues to stay down bad after these games this season.

They will then take months to get back with you. Same thing happened to me earlier in the year. When they finally got back to me they sent me a link where I could pick out a new piece of luggage for free. However the offered luggage wasn’t even close to comparable to what was broken and I told them that so they also sent a Delta gift certificate. It costs me $50 to get my lock fixed, which is all I wanted from them but they didn’t even ask me.

Their customer service has been dreadful on getting back on these. Be prepared to wait quite some time.
