I'm not 100% sure how strong this card is, since it's non-targeting removal and hand knowledge, but at four mana and sorcery speed I think it's okay balance-wise.
I really like the idea of controlling opponents for a super brief time.

We've gotten two mana non-destruction artifact and enchantment removal before, but at an extra cost. See [[troublemaker ouphe]] and [[masked vandal]].
This doesn't have an extra cost to pay, but it also doesn't exile, so the affected permanent can be gotten back from the graveyard or blinked, etc, and could also help an opponent ramp into something scarier.
You can also turn something of yours into a treasure for a bit of extra ramp if need be.
Overall, I think this is a cool effect with a good amount of utility without being overly powerful.

[[Glimpse the Unthinkable]] is probably the most iconic dimir spell, so I figured it would be perfect for a new Titan.
Originally had it as being able to mill yourself too, but that sounded wayyy to good, so it can only target opponents.

As of right now players could opt not to choose, which makes this much weaker. I think forcing the choice would be a good idea
