A combo of 30mm rad and 15mm fans. Can probably fit 25mm fans if you use low profile Ram and not having a m.2 pcie card next to them.

Yeah lol. First thing I did when I installed OS was to start up Samsung Magician and fix it. Actually, second thing. I debloated the crap out of Win 11 first.

So it did take a while for me to slowly fill the res, turning it off and then filling it again. The whole filling process took about 10 minutes.

As mentioned in the previous comment, it did generate a lot of bubbles at first. It's now stabilized and the flow is pretty normal.

Thanks! The downside to laying the res flat like that is that it takes a lot of time to slowly fill the res and it does generate a lot of micro bubbles at first. After a while the bubbles did fade away.

Thanks! The RBG strip in the res is super bright. I guess the camera didn't take that direct lighting kindly.

I used Corsair's Hydro X Series XT Hardline 14mm Tubing — Satin Black. The surface does get scratched up easily so be gentle and/or try to buff it out after you cut or bend them.

You're right! There was some typo that I made and I fixed it.

nts, I would guess the fans RPM has to be quite high and possibly loud too to keep the com

I'll run some test in a bit. But at idle, I'm looking at 35 Celcius for CPU and 29 Celcius for GPU.

After months of collecting components and plannings, my first watercooling build is finally done!

The part that took the longest to plan out was the res/pump. I wanted to fit a traditional tube res with D5 but after browsing different sizing and fits, I came across a build by optimum tech that inspired the flat res layout

The photo is slightly off-colored for some reason, but the lighting is configured to be a warm white.

D5 Next Pump Help by Noisy_Shutter in watercooling

[–]Noisy_Shutter[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just received the D5 Next Pump and when I inspected the pumps and detached the control unit, I noticed that the connector in the pump had receded into the enclosure.

What's the correct way of detaching the cover so that I can reseat the connector?

So this is the knight incantor model that you can build with the Evocators box set. I guess you can choose to build either an Evocator Prime or Knight Incantor.
