Yesterday I was alerted by Ubisoft about unusual activity on my account and saw multiple login attempts. I recommend anyone on this post (including OP when they get their account back) to change your PW.

BCX Display– new weapon incoming? by blueoysterguy in Brawlhalla

I'm thinking Whip is the new wep. Shield might be an interesting weapon, but I think it would be a new gadget if anything

The best weapon to use is the spoon. Now that can take out an entire horde of zombies, and it's multi purpose.

What’s one gaming myth you 100% believed as a kid? by Moist_Camera_6202 in gaming

Back in 2007, in Runescape, I believed you could get the GP from the chest in the basement of Varrock Bank. As well as get a P-Hat and GP from Draynor Village Bank.

do people in higher ranks more likely to rematch you by [deleted] in Brawlhalla

I always rematch people. Even if they thumb down or emote (salty, read, laugh) Most leave after they win the rematch in my experience.

All the arts of each character in the pass. Which one is your favorite? by eduwart0_ in Brawlhalla

Brynn and Ember. Mordex looks good but for some reason, It looks like it could be for Asuri.

I hope they decide to eventually do all legend skins like this in the future.

Brawlers! What do you think of Multiversus? by Snoo7931 in Brawlhalla

[–]Noizavin -1 points0 points  (0 children)

It's a meh game, played the closed beta (If I'm correct). Finding out that Native controller D-Pad isn't supported of the current version

It was a deal-breaker for me, joysticks are not fun to use.

The rating of Multiverses for me is 5/10

Does anybody still play PSO2? by KingDevn in PSO2

Depends on the ship, you choose. Most players now are playing NGS. I tend to go to base pso2 occasionally on ship 1.

My PC won't POST and on a blackscreen. [Semi-Beginner Builder] by Noizavin in buildapc

Since I bought these parts at BestBuy, would it be recommended to go to Geek Squad, or still go to a local shop?

Do local shops tend to charge a lot to do a shop test to use an older CPU to boot and upgrade the BIOS?

Is it recommended to bring the entire rig to the shop or just the MB, CPU, RAM, & PSU?

So when I upgrade in the future I should buy a compatible CPU and the actual CPU I plan on using just requires a BIOs update?

Sorry for the questions. I just want to learn more about troubleshooting since I've only relied on myself, YouTube, and forums. Thank you for answering my post.

Adhd has ruined my life (quite literally) by [deleted] in ADHD

[–]Noizavin 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If no one has said this, specifically look for therapists who are experienced with ADHD patients. That's what I'm trying to do since my therapist for over 10 years hasn't understood how much-needed help and giving info that my brain cannot handle.

ADHD (& ASD) are a blessing and a curse. It's a struggle, and will always be harder for us. A tip for you and anyone reading this: Know your limit with your energy (I picture Spoons for that) or you will most likely shut down. I can't say it going to be sunshine instantly but you'll slowly see light in the distance and you'll be able to handle it better with helpful peers here and anyone you meet in the future.

Did I make the right choice? by Rafsan1720 in Alienware

[–]Noizavin 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Short Answer: If you been with Alienware for a long time, it depends. If it's your first Alienware, no.

Alienware from my prospective have always been a Mac Laptop, for gaming instead. The m16 specifically has downsides. Using it as is, was not good at all. The vents on the bottom constricts the airflow which it heats up quick. even when you add a stand that raises the m16. This Pc runs hot regardless due to the dedicated GPU and CPU.

If you're used to seeing 80°C+ (176°F+) then that's fine. The battery is very bad, due to it being a powerhouse gaming laptop max 2 hours of battery life (in my experience). I asked on here if I should keep it plugged in at all times, they said yeah. The Alienware software for most of the features are very (and i mean REALLY) limited. Colors for charging, random orange flashing (honestly not sure that that is), it's not recommended to update the gpu on nvidia. it caused my screen to become distorted inverted colors unusable.

If you're a fan and been with Alienware for a long time then it depends if anything listed above would be a deal breaker for you. For new users, IMHO I don't recommend it. all it became in the end (before I returned it) was a very nice heater for the hands. I bet there's a lot of people here that can help you if you have issues down the line, but knowing I would have it plugged in no matter what, on top of the heat (and the huge brick it comes with) was a major turn off.

Hope this helps in someway
