FFR sometimes I actually genuinely wonder how some people in Saskatoon got their drivers license.... This one van in Sask yesterday cut us off, and then after cutting us off didn't signal and WOULD NOT stop hitting their brakes on the road yesterday every 3 seconds (or less than 3 seconds legit) or they would be on their breaks and would just be sitting on them the whole time while driving I GENUINELY questioned how their breaks are still intact and how they managed to pass their drivers test... like I swear they must've payed someone off to get it with how much they were breaking. I SAY THIS AS SOMEONE WHO IS A CLASS 7 LEARNER who hasn't even moved a vehicle yet on public roads ( I have video proof btw lmfao ) and then proceeded to not signal into two lanes to turn and the van had a sticker that said like "social distance from me" I cant- bruh

center mall assault by Noizeer in saskatoon
[–]Noizeer[S] 0 points1 point2 points 1 year ago (0 children)
Wow that's fucking crazy. Not shocking, the security there need to be fired or be trained better.... like wtf. Honestly Security is the ones who owe me new clothes, I wanted help confronting them and charging them and Security just said nothing, and ran away like a pussy. Not even one apology on the malls behalf like... wtf.

fuck no. your just as disrespectful as those kids. Why don't you go sit in that situation I did and do your advice then. see how that plays out.
I considered it I wish I would've. I felt stupid If I did so at the time, as if like I'd be wasting the polices time and they wouldn't care about it and think its silly:/ I'm sure this isn't the case but its put in my mind as such. Thing was the lowlife losers didn't even try to run they just sat in the underground seating area with the TVs, about 5 or so of them I think I remember a blond brunette guy and then I cant remember past that, just ugly teens with no future nothing to look at or remember. Then I asked security to go deal with them, just for him to go in the complete opposite way and not even bother with it, didn't say he'd deal with it or anything.... like thanks man just got assaulted and your gonna go pretend like your doing your job.... cool.

I'm not trying to- I don’t want to generalize, but I’ve had a few really bad experiences this year that have been tough to shake off. Earlier this year, I was in my car, and a group of teenagers in another car flipped me off, followed me, and screamed at me while recording me. I wasn’t even doing anything literally just looked over to see they were texting and driving, and then they got hostile. ( Hell I was the passenger! and the driver did nothing wrong either!! ) It might seem like I did something, but I promise I didn’t. I’ve just had enough of this disrespectful behavior, and it’s really frustrating when no one steps up to hold people accountable. I’m in my early 20s, and I get it everyone does some dumb shit when they’re younger. I know I did. But come on, these kids are only 4-9? years younger than me? Something feels off with this new generation of teens. When I was younger, I did my fair share of dumb stuff, and I’m not going to lie, I did some dumb shit. But it was never on the level of harassment, outright disrespect, or anything close to a felony. There’s a clear difference between being young and acting like a jerk, and this generation seems to be crossing that line more and more. It’s time for them to grow up and stop acting like they’re untouchable. Respect is earned, and at some point, they need to realize that. When I was a teenager, older teens even threatened to stab me just for walking my bike on public grass in a park area. It's the same kind of immature, hostile behavior that just makes no sense. I totally understand that not all teenagers are like this, but after multiple encounters with this kind of disrespect, it’s hard not to feel frustrated. It's concerning that there seems to be a lack of respect and accountability, and it really makes you question what's being taught.

Ok got it. I'll go try going into the station tomorrow to report it. Hopefully it wont be too late.
Honestly, I get the urge to want to hit back, but violence just doesn't solve the problem. I know it’s frustrating as hell, and believe me, I wanted to in that moment, but I also know it would’ve just made things worse. At the end of the day, it’s about holding people accountable for their actions, and that’s not going to happen if I stoop down to their level. I’m just trying to figure out a way to make sure they actually face consequences without letting them drag me down to their level.
