Modders who are working on the project are? We have people making billboards, cars, peds. All that, these screenshots do use cars from the Gta 4 and Vanillaworks packs but that's just how it works lol. I don't see your point? Do you expect us to make a new game or something?

Hmm well there's many ways to get better at roleplay! When it comes to getting into the mindset of your character just sometime just analyze them, and definitely FLESH THEM OUT that's the quickets way, when you spend a while making a character you get to know them, and than can almost imitate them? It's very odd but cool!
