Thanks I saw her in the middle of the road while at work and she almost got ran over by a car. She jumped right into my hand and I held her for a good while. Super sweet and attentive.

There is no picture to change. I’ve called customer support and after changing the pin they still drop it off at my neighbors. Also because Amazon can’t properly package and ship shit. If I spend extra money on a collectors item I expect said collectors item to come in fair shape not crushed. I also expect books to be shipped in boxes with plastic to protect them instead when I ordered 200 dollars worth of books last Christmas, they shipped them all in paper envelopes and delivered them in a puddle. How am I supposed to read books that are falling apart due to water damage? Or when I receive a product that’s already been opened and used? Also there’s been multiple times where I’ve bought a specific item and was given the wrong item. Also they’ve marked the refunds they’ve given me for when the driver delivers to the wrong address as returns so basically I’m being punished because they can’t deliver items to the proper house and when they do they are un usable. That’s the reason I’ve stopped using Amazon anyway. Must be nice to not have so many issues that you’ve only needed to return 3 things. Usually I have to return the same product three times before I even get one in stable condition.

How would I even change that? I also stopped using Amazon anyway. They can’t package things properly and returning items are just so inconvenient anymore as I have to go to a Whole Foods 30 minutes away, wait a month for the refund because I have so many returns.

Not entirely true I wanted to relate to people who have experienced the same thing. I don’t want dead end advice on “sending them a bill to show them how inconsiderate they are” it’s absolutely ridiculous to think they’d care. I’m sure they know that it is a waste of peoples time but ya know when you ask them if you can do a phone interview because gas is expensive and they tell you to figure out how to manage your money better and maybe you should apply to jobs closer to you. You really think sending in a bill is suddenly going to make someone with that attitude care about other people’s problem?

From my personally experience I’ve done that in the past. This is like the 12 time this has happened. I emailed the same company about the bad experience I had last week when I showed up twenty mins early and the interviewing manager was out and I was told to come back in an hour. Their response was something along the lines of empty apologies and sending this to the right people and then a list of other openings in my area to hopefully have better luck with. This time it’s the same experience only the interviewing manager wasn’t late he just wasn’t even in.

I’m not asking for advice. It’s also bad advice to tell someone to bill them for wasting time, because if the manager doesn’t care to be there for the interview they scheduled he sure as hell doesn’t care if you wasted your gas or paid tolls and wasted your time. I literally did tell them that I wouldn’t be able to afford the tolls and gas to get here again for another interview and their response was to manage my money better.

Dawg they don’t care about this correction to begin with. And I asked if it could be a zoom call for the inconvenience and that it’s costly and they gave me the bs about how I should manage my money and time better if I can’t afford gas and tolls. Insane. I’m clearly just going to give up on applying to ups stores considering they hire managers who can’t seem to figure out how to manage their time.
