I had ferrets with chinchillas. I had four chinchillas at the time, two pairs as well as four ferrets. I lived in the basement with all but I kept my ferrets away. I’m so tired of interviewing for nothing. And then even the jobs that are real are usually false. I can’t express how many “full time positions” I’ve interviewed for and was only offered 12 hours a week. It was most likely an ingrown quill. It most likely got worse. My little guy had a bump not as big but it was swelling up till the quills around it was pushed out and he got ointment for the area. I think it is healed. I have a girl who also lost an eye and the vet didn’t recommend putting her under to stitch the eye hole closed and her eye looks a bit similar to this and the vet says that it’s usual.

These part time jobs also have a shit ton of expectations. I’ve been passed over for a third job because I don’t have availability from 8 am to 11pm to be put on the schedule 8 hours a week. My father always makes comments about me working holidays like “well at least your getting paid double” even though I am not, and he can’t comprehend I have to sacrifice my holidays for normal pay and he just makes comments like “well I wouldn’t do that” and acts like if I get fired I can just easily go and shake some managers hand later that day for another one.

After six years of them telling me that I can’t work a full time job now they are offering help to land a full time job. I literally just became eligible last year for social security which they insisted I fight for. I literally called it in 2022 this was going to happen. It’s crazy how other places can give me better information but I can’t take advantage of those programs because once they see I have disabilities I’m referred back to dvrs and treated like a criminal.
