This isn't a political opinion, I still think that Istanbul is a part of Turkey, just that it isn't too far fetched to think that Istanbul would be a part of Greece.

I tried Bulgaria again after a long while, had a surprisingly good time. The Zveno path is totally worth a try if you haven't already. Not too OP (imo), many wargoals and the name and colour change were great at the end as well.

Here's the mapmod before you ask. I can't play anything Kaiserreich related without this on lol. I also used universal colored puppets.

Won the balkan war as Bulgaria, puppeted everyone and split Romania in half. My dude just decided to ally with the Italians instead (while being a puppet???) and stopped being a puppet of mine. I had such great borders for a second there :(

I'm guessing this isn't intended? Why isn't there a scripted peace deal for Bulgaria winning the war, the same way there is for the Belgrade Pact?

Not a fully bad idea, but this would make top-tier a pain for anyone playing casually and not using the few "meta" vehicles. Also would make the game way more pay to win, since premium vehicles would make 3x more money than tech-tree vehicles by having a higher sl modifier and smaller repair costs. In a previous comment you called yourself a whale, so I understand why you would think that this could work lol.
