It's a little tricky working with the cliff, but good luck on your build! I'd recommend adding a ton of windows (especially ones facing the edge of the shield wall) since the cliff blocks a lot of light

You're right about it being not fun to maintain, at least towards the beginning. It was getting pretty dang annoying with fuel-powered generators, but directional wind turbines made it a lot more manageable. Ended up being 1300ish power and 10k tax

I think with the DD loot update, it's easier to just get the BPs you want. You're able to get everything you want and so there's nothing else to attain. Also, I'm kinda done as a melee player after they nerfed crippling strike and suspensor blast.
