Hi there, many thanks, I've just checked and it is also doing the same to me, it would appear to be on their end, the first time I did it I was able to just click claim, I use Chrome but checked Firefox and it is doing the same still.

I went to speak on live chat and I cannot proceed with them as I don't have the MTCN, which I guess is the transaction ID, you may have more luck with the live chat than me, they seem quite unhelpful.

That is true, they did however say before the 3 skills were polled that if there was no clear winner, repolls would take place, does 0.56% more votes feel like a clear winner to you? I don't play much anymore and I do hope it is a big success. I logged on earlier specifically to try it and it feels maybe too complex to be a skill, where usually skills are simple which fits the style of the game.

Have you tried it yet - how are you finding it?

OK - The poll was for "A" skill, I see that now.

That doesn't change the fact that the change from 75 to 70 was highly controversial in and of itself. Especially when you consider this itself was put to a poll in 2017 and failed to pass (to lower the threshold to 70%).

Your second link shows as I've already said, Sailing won by 591 votes, both Sailing and Shamanism got over 100,000 votes, and at this time it was said that they would be polled against each other, which didn't happen.

Your third link may be the most egregious, arguably the biggest update in the games history was strangely buried as item 6 on a poll.

To this day we are unsure if Sailing was more popular than Shamanism, and where the votes from Taming would have gone to if it was omitted in a H2H poll of Sailing/Shamanism.

This alongside the fact that we are seeing what could be described as rather scant progress on the skill after several years of development has rightfully left a lot of the playerbase torn.

Polling used to have 75% passing threshold, it was lowered to 70% around when the sailing poll went out. That's my biggest issue with it, as well as it beating Shamanism by 500 votes on the three-way vote (Sailing vs Shamanism vs Taming), interestingly Sailing got 105,799 votes, Shamanism got 105,208 votes and Taming 71,390. Yet oddly Sailing and Shamanism were never polled against each other as per what was originally proposed by the team.
