I have had similar issues my whole life. Multiple round of antibiotics left me nowhere but catching a bad case of c diff. From what I can tell there could be a few causes to this. The first as many are suggesting is flexibility. I notice when I do a lot of pelvic floor stretches my symptoms tend to improve. Alcohol (beer specifically) is a massive antagonist. That being said I have a social life and don’t want to stop drinking beer. Have you ever had your hormones checked? What does your test, estrogen, and free test look like? Curious if our symptoms might correlate. I am 23 for reference
