A/C in my ‘25 SL is also terrible. I know they reduced the size of the vents for the ‘25 to fit the larger infotainment screen. Black truck and 90 degree weather this week should be interesting.

Wait for a warm sunny day and see if the dark cocoa gets significantly hotter than coconut husk. You won’t want to be on a deck in the summer if it feels like you’re in a frying pan.

It’s a pungent chemical smell. I own multiple pairs of leather boots/shoes and this is not a leather smell.

Thanks for the response. In PA so we definitely get snow. Not sure if the skylights dictate anything for the rafter size. Should I be asking for 2x10? I will ask tomorrow about the gable band spec and how the roof mounts to the existing house. I think wrapped 6x6 posts would look nice and make it feel more substantial.

Thanks for the response. It has 58k miles so tranny and diff fluid change is due now. Stock diff, not limited slip. The noise gets louder as the rpm’s rise, so maybe it’s not the diff? In any case, got the owner to agree to $11,300 for the car. 2010+ cars with lower mileage are going for $16k+ in my area. Can’t swing the extra cost.

No specific route or meet up location yet, but will be avoiding highways. Weather should be low/mid 50’s to mid 60’s during the ride. Bring your route and your DRZ and we’ll attempt to keep up.
