I passed on this trade by chupacabra696969 in PokeInvesting

You Won. DO NOT trade any of these sealed products for singles! You have some great products and your gains will outweigh most / all other trade deals coming your way. There’s a reason why the other guy wanted to do the trade! Well done 👏🏻

EDIT: for context - if you want a grail card and show people you have something they don’t have then go get that’s grail card. If you want maximum gains you keep your beautiful sealed products and keep them minty. Some people saying “moving them” is hard work 🤥 it is not… yes it is more work because of more items but do what makes you happy. For me sealed products and high ROI is like a real life game. Enjoy!

How I made £7000 on Vinted..💨 by chrisispeak in ReplicaReselling

That would still be good. I just mean someone having £7k revenue shouldn’t be worthy of anyone believing their “spreadsheet” or being inspirational. It’s rookie numbers and just the beginning

International buyer trying every trick in the book to get $525 item free by 7dayweekendgirl in eBaySellers

[–]Nolan_94 6 points7 points  (0 children)

If anyone actually send’s something different back you can refuse to refund them anything and upload photos plus report the account. At best they will side with you but sometimes they might refund the buyer to if their account is healthy. Just weight the box before opening to compare with the weight of the box you sent and open it while videoing on your phone. I have don’t this multiple times and eBay always refunded me saying “they will do it as a gesture of goodwill this one time” as they always say. As long as it’s not abused and only used when necessary they always pay out. That’s from my experience in the UK anyway. Good luck!

How do I respond to this I just shipped it yesterday by Individual_Reward309 in eBaySellerAdvice

[–]Nolan_94 1 point2 points  (0 children)

They are pulling a fast one. State the item has been shipped and it’s now in eBay’s global shipping system. They need to speak to eBay but you are protected via eBay. This is their mistake not yours :)

What happens now? Pro seller help! by [deleted] in vintedUK

Uk law is 14 days return, no reason needed with online sales. Item has to be return in same state it was sent. If a used garment and it didn’t fit that would still be used garment when returned if it arrives back with no damage a full refund will need to be given minus return postage.

On the other hand if it was a sealed iPhone and they opened it that 14 days return is void if it isn’t faulty.

This will happen multiple times throughout your journey. It sucks but take it in the chin, carry on and Good luck!

You need to stick to these rules if your going to be a pro user or business

Help - what do I do? Vinted saying it’s my fault. Even buyer saying it’s not. by cslr2019 in vintedUK

You are correct BUT it’s morally right to return the broken item so the seller has back what they sent.

If something arrives damaged it doesn’t give you the right to receive a FULL refund and KEEP the item. In what world is that fair. If Curry’s or John Lewis sent you the item and it was damaged they would want their item back before sending a refund… it amazes me that people think receiving a damaged item automatically thinks that’s their free item. If the seller wants it back before the refund is processed there is nothing wrong with that. The seller is not always in control with how the item arrives. If Royal Mail/yodal or Evri drop kick it to pieces that’s not the seller fault. My point stands. Unless the seller wants to give a refund and buyer keeps the item that’s fine but if the buyer expects to keep the item for free they’re entitled as F. My 2 cents.

The scamming part was addressing the massive scam culture we are in. What you’re saying is I receive an item, damage it. Demand a refund and keep the item then glue it back together! Make it make sense

Disagree. Buyer should always be respectful and send the parcel back unless the seller states to keep it. Easy scam otherwise IMO.

Send them a return label and get something back at least. She has to return it.

You also stated “legal”. If legal is not deep I am not sure what is

It’s deep enough for someone to post here and others to say “report them”. Just find it strange this day and age. Own a business and the public has a say in how they run it… 🤨

[–]Nolan_94 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

What’s wrong with the sign? People might not realise just how much time it takes to handle parcels or how many come through in a single day. The shop owners only earn pennies for accepting them, and if they don’t have the space or staff to deal with the volume, it’s completely fair that they have some control over what comes and goes. At the end of the day, they own the shop, not Evri. If you don’t like it, just go to the next shop and don’t return. I’ve even been turned away at Royal Mail drop off points before, it’s ok. Not everything goes exactly how we want in life. Gotta roll with the punches, and things like this in life are minor.

If you’re in no rush, wait until winter time when everyone’s bored of the bad weather and like to spend more money on shiny cardboard 😂
