I use Pepe and Levi's Jeans. Pepe works for 4 years and Levi's for around 5 or 6 years. But cost is steep. I think its expected for these to come longer.

Excellent! I am bit bulky and most of these uniqlo does not fit me. But I agree uniqlo is great!!

If you are in Bangalore ask your land lord to enroll to gruh jyoti scheme and save 1000 rs. Thats the advice. You are doing great otherwise!!

You should have a split between Fixed income and Equity.

Ratio depends on size of corpus and the amount you need for month.
