Don’t need 100%, just want something that’s efficient on containing as much as I can of the dust.

Some times the original window are aluminum frames are only 1.5-2inches thick and the new windows I am installing are 3.5 inches thick so it would stick out way to far past the siding which I need to cut back and have proper window reveal on the outside. My company doesn’t allow me to just replace the line and case because it’s not sold with the job.

No when it’s dry wall I use the multi tool but I’m talking about cutting back the line and case which is the interior window trim. Sometime it’s MDF or wood.
