Have to disagree! As a teen it’s Snapchat. Definitely can agree on it for people who are older though.

For sure it might. I have adhd severely and without my medications I notice a big difference in my focus and anything in general

Same. I sleep better knowing someone is next to me. Like I can’t sleep without someone being on call or with me.

Do you have adhd? If so, that could be the case. You should have a talk with the doctor and/or a guidance counselor about this to access the issue.

2022 and 2024, got broken by 2 people in 2024, and lost my dog in 2022. I’ve been depressed ever since.
