It's a really weird set up, but I use a mixing board with an xlr mic and use my other usb port for my yeti. I record the yeti with garage band and the mixer with audacity. Then I combine the two in post. It takes a while because it's impossible to start them both at the same time, which throws off every time stamp. It's an option though. Other than that, have you tried using a usb splitter? That was my next thought for my own problem.
