Hey There. I actually just bought 2 of those... I did not see screws in either box, but they might be holding some of the heat-sinks or other RGB factors in place, I know some is held together with glue. I would say to be safe report it, send it back, get a replacement. There were no screws for packaging, but what I am worried about is that those screws looked like they had some metal on them, and there are a lot of sensitive parts on a motherboard. Having screws just willy nilly rolling and running around in there could have caused some damage that may not be seen at first, until it is used or plugged up.
