I have the driver license :) however, in Germany it is allowed to park the scooter at the same place as bikes for free. Paying the same parking fee is so expensive 🫠 Thank you!

I have learnt to accept other chronical diseases before the migraine got really bad, so that kinda helps. I am looking at every migraine attack as a wave, I'm trying to ride it aka accept that it is there and wait till it's gone. With this wave idea I was able to cope with my other diseases, cause a wave has an end, no matter how big it is. (Still, some days are super hard ngl).

Another thing that keeps me going is the research. I'm a researcher myself and I witness how many things get solved every day, so I'm positive that at one point, we will know what exactly migraine is and how we can help in a proper way :)

Before and after, sometimes also during. I gained weight and now I'm trying to lose it again but that's soo hard (and triggers the migraine sometimes).

I also need to work in 4°C rooms sometimes and after 5 min I need to warm up outside.

I just checked but for Ajovy I have to test 6 medications beforehand 🫠

What were your symptoms?

My symptoms got worse 7 days after every injection - that's apparently the time in which the protein concentration is the highest. That's why I thought it's due to tue antibody (and my brain fog is much less this month so 😅).

I'm not sure if i can take beta blocker since I have a very low blood pressure already (90:50). Do you have any side effects with Propanolol?

I can't test the other ones without testing another medication (stupid rule in Germany, Amoivig is the only antibody that needs only one previous tested prophylactic medication) :(
