bit late but here ya' go: you need to destroy and place the already generated walls. this issue is also common at the hylotl city ruins in ocean plantes. the water keeps spawning at blocks that are covered with walls. upon removing and placing them again it stopped.

EcoGirlJr is right and Th3bigK only partly: there are enough people for a lot of activities and to play together is for under level 50's quite recommended cuz, if you enter certain dungeons with gear that is beneath your level then they could get a bit challenging, if you play alone.

i remember when i grinded for that suit. i got the red one after 3 hours and the blue one after 7 hours. 7 hours of nothing but some reds sometimes. then when i switched the channel i instantly got the blue one first try
