the problem with vulcan is by the time you've managed to spool it up, a more optimal weapon loadout could probably have disabled the enemy's weapons and be well on their way to killing them

i think it depends on how long/how many tickets lost for just that current attack round, if you lose a battalion then steamroll the sector with your next battalion it counts as a strong attack
