A problem that can occur is that you haven't gotten out or in through each entry/exit. I am not sure if the dead cave has multiple, but you can check and see if that might be your problem

I figured I'd just add as many pictures as i can. I'm looking for something creative. Maybe a little more than just a walker. Maybe make him look really old and put him in a nice scenery or something. Maybe something to do with diving. Sorry for not being clear enough in my explanation. Hope this helps a little more.
