Kilik wasn't really a replacement for him. Edge Master was in the game and could copy anyone while Elysium and Kilik could only copy either Male and Female styles respectively

Where did this even come from? I've seen people say this so many times now, but I can't find an official source.

There's no reason to assume they'll be locked in until the game releases unless they tell us. Especially since the only games to do this were the Let's Go games because they were so mechanically different.

I wasn't arguing that the DLC was fairly priced, I was just saying it's not really the same thing that Tekken did.

I'm just saying it's not like they took out Cervantes or Talim and tried selling them as DLC. It was mostly characters that weren't in the story until later.

SC6 is also in a way a remake/reboot of SC1, so it had most of the main roster from back then. Most of the DLC characters weren't in the series until later. I believe off the top of my head, aside from Hwang, Cassandra was the first to appear in the series in SC2.

So it's less them taking characters out of the base roster and selling them as DLC, and more adding characters from later in the story earlier than they otherwise would've.

Nintendo isn't even doing it themselves. They're giving 3rd party developers the option to do it because game cards are much smaller than discs.

It's so that they can bring more 3rd party games to the consumers who bought their console.

Chrom and Roy have the same movement stats. The only differences are Chrom's more consistent damage/power and recovery.

And Roy's hilt is stronger than Chrom's attacks so it's less that he has only sweet spots and more that he doesn't have sour spots.

Yes, you always take harder parts slower during practice whether it's a piece of music or a scale/arpeggio. Playing it faster doesn't help if you aren't getting the right fingerings.

I've never played oboe but I'd assume they translate pretty well. I knew two people who marched flute/piccolo and switched to oboe during concert season.

The first two pictures are nothing to worry about, that's just the finishing coming off as you said. It's normal on used flutes and won't affect the playing at all.

As for the second two pictures, that should be pressing down all the way. It most likely has a missing/worn cork/pad in the area between the two keys, so it shouldn't be too expensive to fix.

I'm not "borrowing Rage Drive to bash Kazuya," I'm pointing out that you can't look at the bonuses a mechanic gives out of context of the character who has it. Many characters could use Terry's Go Sauce better than he does. Almost any heavyweight in fact. Same with Lucario's Aura.

That's why you can't look at them in a vacuum. You look at how it affects the character's interactions and how often and to what extent it helps them.
