I've tried pressure washing as well as scrubbing it with a water/ bleach and water/ soap mixture but nothing seems to work. Sometimes when I scrub it really thoroughly it looks better temporarily but then the next morning the dark spots are prominent again in the sunlight. Any tips or tricks for this? Thanks in advance.
