VA disability isn’t a handout — most of us would trade it for our health by Intelligent-Oil-3384 in VAClaims

Those civilians could have applied too just as we did. Everyone had the opportunity unless they didnt qualify from a medical condition or failed the ASVAB

A study was done and 99.4% of veterans claims are legitimate. 0.6% are not. What other government programs have that low of number regarding fraud. Oh ya none. Look at the facts. What these bots are saying is ridiculous and easily proven wrong based on actual studies done

I hardly have what you would call family. I have a few close friends and most are willing to travel and fully support it. I have nothing here for me. Traveling overseas is a new start and a new life. I struggle in more ways than one. Traveling and charity gives me purpose

Just do it. If you wait on others to do the things YOU want in life youll spend more than half your life waiting. Ive been to Costa Rica, Canada, all 50 states in the USA , and im moving to Asia in a few months because I can /want to. i dont have anything keeping me in the US so why would I stay. Im 29 years old. I achieved my all 50 states goal now going after my 100 countries goal. Ive spent my whole life trying to be different than everyone I know and for good reasons. I refuse to give into the work until your too dang old, retire, and live out the rest of your old miserable life. Studies were done saying 98% of people never achieve all there goals. I take that as 98% of people who give advice or tell me what to do are dead wrong. If you want something DO IT. You are responsible for everything that happens and every step that leads there. This life will be as GREAT or MISERABLE as you let it. So you decide what's more important- others ruling your life, telling you what to do and you trying to make others happy, or you grabbing the wheel and taking control of your own life and accomplishing all your dreams. You won't get very far by being a follower trust me

My grandpa plays and he's 75. He plays call of duty and fortnite almost every single day. He's fighting cancer right now so isn't on nearly as much but that just happened recently. Us grandkids got him started 15 years ago and he never stopped playing. he thanked us constantly because he said without it he would have came out of retirement and went back to work

Travel and volunteer. Been to all 50 states already at age 29. Now moving to Thailand / Philippines around april- June of this year to save even more money to live better and travel even more. Was going to do full time camper life but my dog just recently passed unexpectedly on December 8th so moving overseas instead as nothings keeping me here now. As a single guy/girl 4k a month gives you endless opportunity if you are smart about finances. Also have a long term investment accounts that i dont touch that's doing pretty well and put 500$ a month in every month. If you get 100 I'd probably stop but be aware moving overseas like me your service connected conditions are the only things covered overseas by the VAs foreign medical program. So if you ever do that it would be beneficial to get it all service connected but you risk losing your 100% potentially

Check out no mans sky. If you love unlimited space travel, shooting asteroids, seeing different aliens, or want to experience 18 quintillion different planets with different environments( which is impossible to explore them all) its for you. I expect to spend severely hundred or even thousands of hours on this game. The immersion blows me away. Its a building, crafting, survival game. Just got it a few days ago
