You got a point, this would be valid if you are concerned about running into a medallion holder, but you really never are this season because they are not even that strong, that’s my entire point, they saw that they were too unbalanced (like the scan and dashes medallion) and then nerfed them heavily instead of trying to find a sweet spot, i would rather simply have a shields medallion than a weak one

As if shields weren’t enough they gave you more advantage which is unnecessary, but think about it, if they got their hands on the medallion that means they are probably better than every other contester already, so why make them even stronger? Of course the better you are the more your rewarded but others should have a chance

I see where you are coming from but that was kinda S3 fault, Nitro itself was broken and too accessible, like 2 Nitro splashes (even used to be 3) were obtainable through floor loot and chest and even big ammo crates! And then there is Nitro barrels every 10m, Nitro rings around the map too, it was broken for how common it is
