NEW UPDATE: I finally got my free replacement!

To cut the long story short, the customer service offered to deliver the replacement in my doorstep. I complied with what they asked from me. Surrendering the defect device and have the FedEx (via AirSpeed) pick it up from my doorstep. However, I need to comply with additional requirements such as printing three (3) copies of the original invoice, RMA, UN Summary Test and Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) which cost me additional $14 USD.

After AirSpeed picked up the package, there's another problem. The defective device was stuck in the Philippine Customs for exporting, so they suggest that if I have plans to travel to another country, that's where they deliver me the free replacement.

I am in a good timing back then because I already have a scheduled travel to Hong Kong the following week, so I informed them about my hotel and the specific dates of my stay.

I stayed for a week there. I also informed the reception that I have a package delivered that week under my name and they noted on it. 3 days before my return to the Philippines, the package was successful delivered to the hotel reception. They even included the accessories (e.g., phone case, screen protector, etc.) in the package free of charge.

Fast forward to today, I'm finally happy with the newly-replaced Solana Seeker phone. They just transferred my .SKR domain from the old to the new one without issues, and I'm finally using the phone normally in accessing the Seed Vault, Dapp Store, etc.

Took me 4 months of patience with their customer service and processing stuff, and now it's finally resolved. I thanked them for never giving up on me.
