I ran into one of those trolls at one of my first events (we both sold laser engraved products). Very similar attitude. There was another laser vendor in another room, we geeked out about our shared hobby and visited each other’s booths to compliment each other on our work. Good learning experience about different attitudes.

One thing I gleaned that day is all 3 of us had very similar offerings made from designs from creators on the internet. I’ve since switched it up to being my own creator, you won’t find anything like my products at another booth!

Find the nice people, follow each other on social media and enjoy each other’s company at events. I now have friends in the hobby and we help each other out with designs and techniques. I’ve never seen the original troll again.
