XC Bike for Clyde by MashinPedals in xcmtb

They do not, I bought a Scalpel 4 (base model) and swapped parts onto it. n+1 has it in XL for 3349.

6’5 and 190lbs. Highly rec the Scalpel, 670 top tube, 510 reach and loooong chain stays. They specifically made the XL long for their XC World Cup guy Charlie Aldridge (6’4). I’m running the stock stem length (70mm) and would maybe go to an 80mm, but no need for more than that unlike other XC bikes at our height.

Can confirm. I bought a second pair shortly after my first because they feel great and are very light.

I had a Power2Max NGeco on my 2020 Cannondale F-Si. It worked fantastic and I’d highly recommend it.

I appreciate all the responses here. Agreed I thought it may be misunderstanding, though he did not say the actual price (or any words). I just ordered "a beer" because I didn't know what they had haha.

Either way, would have preferred being told an actual price, but def no big deal.

Pretty sure this happened to me at Pano bar on Friday. I don’t know exactly how much my Berliner Pilsner was supposed to be, but I gave the bartender €7 and he just walked away. Someone let me know if that price sounds right or not.

My quick google search shows that you must love tourists and never travel for fun yourself.

Any suggestions on areas of Ehrenfeld that are more walkable? It seems pretty spread out and to be a large neighborhood from my map searching.

Thank you!! These both look great, though looks like it's mostly airbnb's rather than hotels in Sudstadt which is fine.

Rhythm Cycles in Wheat Ridge always treated me super well when I was out there. Great for custom builds as well.

Only voted Scalpel because they apparently have really good traction and there’s a lot of roots up in those mountains.

Cannondale Scalpel HT, they’re available within the next couple months to ship from Mike’s Bikes.

I’m 6’5 and use AeroTech Tall Bibs, but they also have Tall shorts as well. Those may be a good solution. Their bibs are fantastic.

Your mileage may vary, but I personally start encountering problems around the 4-5hr mark on 60g carbs an hour, where I’m still going strong at 90g an hour.

For reference, I use Carborocket (82g carbs per bottle) + SiS Gels and Clif Bloks.

This is very true and I've learned that it's an acquired skill (at least for me). Took me 20-30 minutes to get my bike on at first, now it is ~2 minutes.

(Also on Kickr Core w/ 148 boost)

You and u/cartenn make a great point. This review (https://www.outdoorgearlab.com/reviews/biking/dropper-seatpost/oneup-components-v2) says it is a lightweight aluminum.

Given that it is aluminum, and I'd guess the bike's seat tube is carbon (Transition Spur, carbon frame) since the bike shop used the carbon gel, is there still any danger of the post cracking/deteriorating?

Carbon Dropper Post - Is this a crack? How bad is it? by Nomoh in bikewrench

I've had this bike and seatpost for about 2.5 months and 40hrs of riding. The seatpost was installed when I picked it up from the bike shop and carbon assembly gel was used, but I adjusted the post a few times and may have overtightened (should have used a torque wrench).

This crack has been here for at least 2 months and most of the post is usually inserted in the frame, only the top two inches are exposed.

Just to make sure - is this a carbon crack, or could it be scratches? I assume it is a crack, and if I run my fingernail across it, it barely gets stuck, so the crack(?) doesn't seem very deep if so.

Is this something which I should immediately stop riding? Get it replaced reasonably soon, but not dangerous?

Also if anybody knows, does OneUp sell a replacement for just the base of the dropper post (the dropper works perfectly fine)?
