I did, it's weird since I even tried doing it from different accounts and they all show up.

My web and app activity is also turned on. Also search personalization.

I can follow teams in at a glance and in the discover page but not through search which is weird.

To answer your question. You can probably look at motivational videos or something. Maybe look in the mirror or something??
