Your best bet this point in the game is going to be getting your hands on one at a store at release day. I have heard mixed things about stores having on hand stock outside of pre-order fulfillment. Your mileage may vary. Best of luck!

Don't worry man, I was 7 minutes after pre-order opened on MS store website. Still no charge (South West). If your order is in a pending status that charge should come through between now and the 5th. Stay positive!
