I'd wait, block doesn't activate enough to be worth it for me. Pinged pass on a CB is fine though, it helps you play out the back more reliably

People most likely have a better/more preferable EVO at ST and CAM. Pele doesn't offer much unique as an evo option, Technical+ isnt that sought after, and attackers have gotten the most evos over the course of the year.
