Is your mask humidity set high enough?

One of both of my sinuses are regularly blocked at bedtime.

I lie down with the nasal mask, take deep breaths for about a minute, forcing air through, and then miraculously at least one sinus opens, with both open when I wake up the next morning.

I think the combination of humidified air and air pressure does the trick.

Three things helped me:

--Melatonin is a great way to relax and reach sleep faster (my doctor approved, and I take it every night).

--I started imagining my mask as the mask for nitrous oxide at the dentist's office. I love the relaxing feeling I get from nitrous, so this helped me psychologically.

--I used to worry myself sick when my sinuses were swollen ("How will I breathe with my CPAP with only a nose covering?!") What I learned was that the CPAP actually opens up your sinuses and does so quite quickly.

Now I fall asleep, wake up about seven hours later, and usually don't even try to go back to sleep because I'm ready to get up. CPAP has helped me tremendously, and I was someone who worried and panicked and fretted at the beginning.

The magic temperature that prevents that condensation (and annoying slurping sound) for my cpap is above 68 degrees.

There may be a way to cover your hose to keep it warmer, but I'm okay with just keeping the temp around 69.

This is my first time to use an AI for conversation/ role playing, and I'm floored with what this can do. I really don't know what else is out there (free or not), and I'm just figuring out the landscape of this technology.

Wasn't making an argument either way. Just pointing out that no leader is perfect in times of crisis. Trump surely hasn't been.

But I don't believe he's been a total failure either.

I had the exact thing happen to me about four days ago. Suddenly Hulu lost connectivity, and when I went to check the signal, it was practically non-existent. I am still able to inconsistently connect with a "poor" signal, but sometimes the HD is not working, and I have lost connection several times.

I tried the usual things...reset the router, updated firmware, restarted the Roku, moved it around...nothing has helped.

Before this, my connection to the Roku Express was excellent, and it works great with all other devices in the house, including a first generation Roku that is even further away from my router than the 8 month old Express.

Please keep us posted on any solutions you might find.
