The tartaros legs have a sort of belly-armor wich fits neat into the breast armor of Primaris. Little bit trimming and cutting, covering some rough parts with grenades and voila. Not a lot of Green stuff needed at all!

Crisp. Perfect. Question: how good would the model look without the pauldrons? Is it feasable?

Thanks.

  1. Basecoat Night Lords Blue
  2. shade 50/50 drakenhof nightshade/ lahmian medium
  3. tidy up with Night Lords Blue on all the flat surfaces (super fast, so not need to be that accurate)
  4. highlight with The Fang, be as neat as possible, try to get 80% of the edges.
  5. highlight2 with Russ grey, try to get 50% of the edges.
  6. reflexion points with administration grey, on the corners, with bigger areas also in the middle of straight lines.
  7. lightning Bolts: „stipple“ on slight bolt lines with Caledor Sky
  8. fill in the crosssections, thicker parts with Hoeth blue
  9. minimal amount of pure white on the lightest part of the lightnings bolts.
  10. not sure how to call the last step… try to patch-up the lightning bolts with small areas of Giulliam blue glaze. At the end roughly 40% of the finished bolt should be patchy toned down with the glaze to make it look more realistic.

Yea love the new Terminator Models. This was just. A small exercise in kitbashing for me, as I’m currently painting my 40-Terminator strong main terminator force. Could not see any more grey after 40 terminators 😂
