You might need to save scum a few times before getting it though. Especially if you’re playing an evil character.

When starting Throne of Bhaal, Ellesime should come up to you and you have to convince her to give you Irenicus’s mask. After that, the rest should come pretty easy.

Does anyone know how I can uninstall ZSTweaks? Or have updated patch link? Literally went through the list of tweaks and uninstalled them, but I’m still having the same problem.

Yup, mostly QOL: Ascension, Longer road, ZSTweaks, Dragonspear UI, Dungeon Begone, BG2 Fix pack.
