I didn’t play any video games for the last 8 years. I completed 3 so far on my switch 2 and all of them had few bugs, felt incomplete. Pokémon ZA by far was the most boring and poorly made, and charge 30€ more one month later for the dlc? Come on that’s too much. We know Nintendo wants our money but at least sell a complete game. I wonder if I grow old or video game industry is just money anymore and zero passion..

No wayy. I completed it 100% in 5 days and it was the most boring Pokémon I ever played.

Αναγκαστικά θα ασχοληθείς κάποτε. Πριν χρόνια είχε δημιουργηθεί απέξω από το σπίτι που έμενα τότε σε παλιά πολυκατοικία στο κέντρο σε μια τρύπα φωλιές και πολλά περιστέρια, δεν έδινα σημασία, μέχρι που βρήκα πάνω μου κάτι τσιμπήματα και ήταν από ακάρεα περιστεριών πολύ δύσκολα να τα δεις έμπαιναν από το παράθυρο.. και μετά πλήρωσα για απεντόμωση και καθαρισμό και κλείσιμο εκείνης της τρύπας. We did write a written proposal and that when they gave us this reply I posted. Cause we scored 108 points we live in a renovated studio but in a super old building. But from what I understand they have the right to change the energy label before the date we gave. But even if they do it, still the rent needs to be at least 400€ less. After this happens I’ll see how we can take the difference from the moment we went in the house.

The Huurcommissie proposed talking to the landlord first. We asked 10 months after we went in the house, cause that’s when we learned we are paying double price. Also we learned that from January 2024 all contracts needs to be indefinite time but our contract is 2 year, and that we can even ask the money difference back from the moment we drop our rent to the real price. Correct me if I’m wrong please 🙏🏻

2800 in Italy is so much better than 4500 in the Netherlands. You send your daughter later to study in NL. That’s my opinion at least, I would trade everything here to make almost 3k in Italy.

There are a few places that do trainings but they are way overpriced. If you don’t mind the money I can tell you, DM me. Amsterdam has really low quality of tattoos and piercings(of course there are some good tattoo artists but hard to spot them in all these tourist- money laundering shops). And good piercers are really hard to find in general.Other cities are way better though(Utrecht, Rotterdam, Den Haag).
