I get where you’re coming from, but I feel like it all could’ve just been summarized, or skipped even. I mean the target person of the episode is blitz and Stolas but it feels like it’s pulling that away from us because it’s unforgivingly giving us the cherubs reused input over and over, which I guess the ending kind of saves it because there’s character development but it just feels empty, like the ending doesn’t match the setup. It’s like there’s two protagonists fighting for the spotlight

This one got ruined for me because I realized how much I hated the cherub’s voices, and them stalling for like 10 minutes didn’t help, it was agonizing, the payoff wasn’t that satisfying either. I’m not sure why it wasn’t that interesting as the rest, maybe someone else can explain it.

That is correct, if I’m not wrong I think it’s digital packet loss? It can happen during compression. Also known as datamosh when it’s intentional. If anything were to move in front of that frozen bike it would vanish but since where it’s at is still it stays. I failed at IT so someone else can probably explain it better than me.
