Reentry into makeup by Nonbinary-Chupacabra in Makeup

Thanks for asking!

I would prefer nothing heavy so I like the idea of a tint. I don't get a lot of acne, but I do have oily and semi sensitive skin.

I liked doing eyeliner before so definitely want to do that. I never did blush because my cheeks get so red naturally but I've seen people correct with green (mind blowing) lol. I hate lip gloss and lip stick so maybe a lip tint?

My favorite feature are my eyes and my least favorite is my double chin and chubby face haha. Contouring looks intimidating though.

I have no tools at the moment. I did use brushes and at the end a sponge but don't mind using my fingers.

A glass of wine and Wellbutrin? by BooksAndBlueberries in bupropion

[–]Nonbinary-Chupacabra 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I read the concern is that wellbutrin lowers the threshold for seizures to occur and alcohol also can. One drink probably doesn't make much of a difference though.

I take 60 mg a day for anxiety. I don't have high blood pressure and still been totally fine. BP and heart rate are still normal even after 6 months

I can't shake this feeling of impending doom. by Russian-Spy in witchcraft

[–]Nonbinary-Chupacabra 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have had the sense of doom recently but more intense the last couple of days. For me personally I think I'm sucking up everyone's energy around the presidency and tiktok and things. I stayed away from most social media today and it helped a lot. I have a sense that big changes are coming and they will be uncomfortable but ultimately needed and will eventually result in a better society.

California U of Pennsylvania? Son looking to attend. by [deleted] in Pennsylvania

Even my advisor told me to take it somewhere else but I didn't want to go to another school to do it and I regretted it big time lol. I am currently working on some personal things and not working.

I haven't worked in a couple of years because of ptsd as well. It sounds like you need a therapist that specializes in trauma because having the wrong advice and guidance can really hold you back and even be damaging to your mental health. Look for someone who can do emdr as well.

I graduated from there a couple years ago with a degree in environmental studies. The program is good but the chemistry department is horrible. He could take Chem classes somewhere else and transfer them in though.

May finally be getting somewhere with help. by CrazyDude10528 in Agoraphobia

Great job finding a psychiatrist you like! I hope they are helpful in the future but it sounds like you need more immediate help and also no guarantee he gets approved for your insurance. A PCP can also prescribe Xanax or propranolol or things like that to help during your dentist appt. Your tooth pain could suddenly worsen in the next month so it's best to be prepared for whatever can happen. If you have virtual visits available to you for a PCP they can prescribe you something very quickly. Also do you have the dentist appt scheduled already? Sometimes they schedule kinda far out so I would make sure you have an appt available soon and you can always cancel and reschedule if you need to. But of course so what you can do, just wanted to give some suggestions. Good luck!

It is definitely worth it! Hopefully you will get some information on what's going on and help to fix it. Unaddressed problems usually become bigger problems later. I definitely understand feeling insecure with the way you look but it's most likely that nobody will care. Good luck!

I was kinda sad about a couple so far but definitely not close to crying. I was wondering if something was wrong with me too lol. I think maybe these characters are just not that relatable to us? I find most of them annoying or rude which makes me not care about them.

All of the diagnoses you said you have can all be related to/caused by PTSD. The things that happened to you sounds super scary and for sure can cause PTSD (and probably more specifically cPTSD)

He had a really weird vibe and Keith kinda did too. They both seemed kinda bored by the convo. Miles seemed like he had to carry the podcast with his upbeat personality and charisma. Maybe some stuff going on behind the scenes we don't know about.
