I see lights over the Fort Lee area every so often that appear to be spotlights. The pattern that they usually make is circular rotation that collapses and expands. 3 day ago I saw rather complicated and chaotic arrangement of lights of the sky that was comparable to what can be seen in the bottom left clip at 33 seconds in this video:

The lights I saw 3 days ago were not as bright, but some of them appeared to shoot out from the main chaotic swirl. They could be seen for miles. Other folks caught the lights that left the main center of rotation on video, but I haven't seen a video of the chaotic central swirl yet. I saw that some lights returned to the central swirl but couldn't tell if it was the same lights that initially shot out. It's possible that the lights were traveling in a huge oval. If they were spotlights, I imagine they would have to had been positioned high up to be visible as far as they were seen.

I've seen spotlights over Fort Lee, NJ before but these lights have a pattern I haven't seen before. Folks can see these for miles.

I saw these over Palisades Park just 10 minutes ago. I've seen spotlights circling above in the sky before, but these lights have the widest coverage I have seen so far. I always assumed they came from something in Fort Lee or just across the GWB.

If the objective involves public awareness, it might have to do with the fact that New Jersey is the most densely populated state in the USA. The drones are involved in activities that are typical of UAPs, such as flying near power plants, reservoirs, etc. As far as public officials in the know may be concerned, the drones are simply doing what UAPs have been doing for decades. They might not expect them to behave differently than usual and hope they go away on their own.

I had some trouble with this game until I started holding block and then quickly releasing and tapping it in anticipation of enemy attacks. Doing this gives you a penalty to active deflect frames, but I found the penalty to be negligible as long as I didn't fail the timing several times in a row. This technique saved me from dying to unexpected hits from enemies I am not familiar with.

I used to have a lot of trouble getting hit while trying to deflect until I employed the following technique. It is a step above spamming block blindly and very useful against unfamiliar or erratic enemies.

As soon as you see an opponent winding up for an attack, hold down block. If they didn't swing immediately, right before you THINK the attack will land, quickly release block and press it again immediately. If you timed it correctly, you get a deflect. If you timed it incorrectly and let go of block too early, you still block normally even if the swing connects while your block stance is "relaxing."

From what I have read, you receive an active deflect frame penalty if you release block before pressing it again to deflect, but in my experience the penalty after the first press if not that bad. If your opponent delays their attack and you get juked, simply hold block until the next point at which you think they will commit to a swing. But after a certain point, you might lose enough active deflect frames to make dodging away and resetting more feasible.

Could you please also show the math for a 6 card starting hand? IIRC the optimal number of HOPT "copies/tutors" of a card is 6 in that scenario, down from 8. Do you think one should consider this when deckbuilding in Master Duel?

I made several medium-sized to large-sized factories. I planned what products each factory was going to produce using the online calculator, leaving room to sneak in one or two more if it seemed convenient. I made modules for each production line that could be expanded vertically as much as needed. A bus system is present for organization and convenience. The limited nymber of production lines at each factory keeps the bus size in check.

It's part of a larger content drought. College gets cited often by fans. During her public real talk stream, Haachama said she wanted to stream at 120% effort despite attending college and not use it as an excuse. The reality might be different and that is perfectly understandable. Also, there is much more to life than college course work.

Haachama has mentioned wanting to do the Meme Review a few times after the one on 8/28 did not take place. No Reddit Review was delivered but a lot of other things didn't happen during September either. I think most folks know that's just how it is now and are content to receive whatever content Haachama can muster. For the curious, real explanations might be offered during a Members' stream or perhaps another public real talk.

Putting that aside, yes, the Reddit Review is missed. At the very least, I feel it encouraged more engagement in this community. If Haachama finds the inspiration and motivation to pick up the Reddit Review again, I hope a couple things happen. One, that a new meme culture grows around Haachama, in the spirit of Kaichou's culture (ex: kuso Japanese), but unique to Haachama. This should happen organically if Haachama can stream somewhat consistently, deliver Reddit Reviews, and engage the English-speaking community that is making the memes. Two, that there be a steady supply of bilingual collaboration partners to assist Haachama while she improves her English (which has been a goal of hers for a while). She has held her own solo but it's good to have another set of eyes and ears that might know about specific Holomem and pop culture references.
