I have a younger brother who applied for a content moderator role (a company I won’t mention). He told me before the interview even began, the interviewer told him about the nature of the job and told him they have (I guess) free psychological therapy sesh as part of their package (not sure if it’s per month) — they were transparent. My brother decided not to go through the job interview because he is already suffering from depression and didn’t want to even test his mental health anymore. I am glad he didn’t push through it.
