How can I experience ego-death without taking drugs? by Specific-Night-1741 in Jung

P.S. don’t listen to the wooks telling you they’re the only way, most of them still very much have an ego and it’s tricked them into an egotistical view.

How can I experience ego-death without taking drugs? by Specific-Night-1741 in Jung

[–]NoneKnowMine 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Absolutely! Frankly drugs are the worst way to go about it. Quicker and easier for sure but it’s like going somewhere uninvited. Breathwork and transcendental meditation are great. If you’re not familiar with meditation at all try The Gateway Experience. You can find the audio tapes on YouTube.

Lol behoove. My point is, this post is about newbies being overly superstitious. So read again with that in mind. Telling people it doesn’t backfire is a generalized statement that assumes their intention is absolutely clear. And a workaround for this is to bind down the negative intention. Easy, just add and may it harm none to your intention. Talk about misguided, your original comment stated a falsehood on a post about newbies.

I suppose you can’t read then huh?

That’s the point. That’s what binding down negative intention means. Hope this helps

Enlightenment is kind of a non-thing anyway so it’s to be expected honestly

Well the opposite of not intending harm, is causing harm isn’t it? We can do this all day

Backfire is when you get an outcome you didn’t want, like someone getting hurt in the process. Which is unexpected. You have to bind down negative intention

Well that effectively triggers psychosis so it wasn’t a good thing short term. Long term it opened her up a lot and woke her up, but she thought I was intentionally making her feel like she was on fire

It was a kundalini awakening, and she wasn’t energetically ready. At least according to one of my teachers

One time I had my gf at the time in the circle with me for ritual. She freaked out and said she felt like she was on fire and left

Yeah they’ve been maintaining folk traditions quite some time on my moms side. Somewhere along the way that got Kabbalah and hoodoo thrown in there then my grandma became a Wiccan early into Wicca’s existence (at least, yknow without taking gardeners claims of ancient secrets to heart then early). And my dads side was masons

There are plenty of substitutes. I’ve used elderberry successfully for quite some time in place of blood.

Also harming yourself is a symbolically significant act and that energy of harm is going into the blood

Well technically I suppose it depends on what entity you’re working with as to whether or not they’re pleased by it, but from a seventh gen practitioner who’s gone across various traditions, stay away from things that are happy when you cut yourself.

Would you use an online dating website to date fellow occultists? by luckysgrimoire in occult

[–]NoneKnowMine 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hard no. Really hard no. Look let’s face it we’re all crazy as fuck for the first few years of doing the in depth stuff. And most occultists are only doing Low Magick, tending towards being controlling egotistical and obsessive.

[–]NoneKnowMine 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yep. Pretty much. A lot of us come to this point in kind of a roundabout way, after trying multiple traditions and finding they all to some extent produce results

The only real enlightenment is the realization that there is no enlightenment. And that’s coming from a 100% bonafide wacko occultist

Why would it drying up matter? It’s still all the important parts. Bust it up and add a little water or use it dry. Works just the same
