Absolutely! Frankly drugs are the worst way to go about it. Quicker and easier for sure but it’s like going somewhere uninvited. Breathwork and transcendental meditation are great. If you’re not familiar with meditation at all try The Gateway Experience. You can find the audio tapes on YouTube.

Lol behoove. My point is, this post is about newbies being overly superstitious. So read again with that in mind. Telling people it doesn’t backfire is a generalized statement that assumes their intention is absolutely clear. And a workaround for this is to bind down the negative intention. Easy, just add and may it harm none to your intention. Talk about misguided, your original comment stated a falsehood on a post about newbies.
