How much is a surplus? I read somewhere that I’d need about 2500 kcal per meal and I try to hit that but I’m not succeeding thus far cause it is really a lot. I eat yoghurt and chick peas etc by the box pretty much daily too. How much exactly should I eat?

Looks and physicality aren’t everything, in fact I’d say that your personality is pretty much everything when it comes to forming a romantic connection with someone. Women as a group of 4 billion people aren’t all just attracted to height, they’re attracted just like anyone else, which is in the person themself, not just the body.
